1969年，约翰•麦康奈尔提出了“地球日〝的想法，在旧金山举行的联合国教科文组织会议上。他希望〝保护和恢复地球上所有生命赖以生存的、受到威胁的生态平衡，并庆祝这个必要的需求”。

最初的地球日选择在春分时节，这一天是地球的生日，也就是地球诞生的日子，阳光可以同时照耀在南极点和北极点上，这代表了世界的平等，同时也象征着人类要拋开彼此间的争议和不同，和谐共存。@Joel Sartore

In 1969, John McConnell proposed the idea of “Earth Day” at a UNESCO meeting in San Francisco. He wanted to “celebrate the need to preserve and renew the threatened ecological balance upon which all life on Earth depends.” The original Earth Day was chosen in the vernal equinox, this day is the earth's birthday, that is, the day the earth was born, the sun can shine on the South Pole and the North Pole at the same time, which represents the equality of the world, but also a symbol of human beings to put aside disputes and differences between each other, harmonious coexistence.

Let's vibrate and resonate so we can close the gap separating us and the world around us.

Switch The Vice（US）

戏剧演员、不受戏剧影响的人、电影人、音乐家、肢体舞者，艺术家，作词人。至今，Switch臣服于宇宙的爱和旨意。他是「阁楼戏剧」大理&北京·表演团队和电影俱乐部的创始人和组织者，致力于传播对表演艺术和电影制作的热爱。鉴于在北京运营「Ecstatic Dance·狂喜舞蹈」的6年经验，他及其搭档在大理共同创建和主理了「Dance22·22号舞池」，这是一个将全球社群聚集在一起的由觉性引导的肢体和庆祝活动。

Dramatic actor, drama-free human, filmian, musician, mover, artist, lyricist, for now, Switch surrenders to the will of universal love. He is co-founder and organizer of The Attic Acting Group and Film Club in Dali, working to spread the love of acting and filmmaking. He and his partner also co-runs Dance22, a movement and celebration event bringing together community for the earth, drawing on their 6 years of experience running Ecstatic Dance in Beijing.
